Coresoft offers a series of software modules specifically designed for membership organisations that provide a combination of member and non member services, either as a part of their subscription or under separate non member service agreements.  The services based membership system allows for services to be pre-packaged into agreements that match member interests and/or industry segment.

This allows organisations to rationalise services into targeted offerings the member is interested in and to communicate the value of these services.  A services membership system is also important for successfully implementing web strategies that allow the member to purchase services on line.

Subscription Processing
Creation of subscription runs for multiple service and membership agreements is simple and efficient using Coresoft's Subscription Processing system.  Coresoft manages the entire processing function from the planning and budgeting of annual revenues, to billing and production of customised subscription notices.  Subscriptions are generated based on the membership agreement in place and includes the subscribed services and options used by the member.  Coresoft manages pro-rata, instalments and multiple billing cycles for the membership base.

Professional Services
Coresoft Professional Services is used as both a services billing system and subscriptions billing management facility.  Staff now know which professional services a customer/member can access on an enterprise wide service policy management basis.  By replacing the idea of services being inventory items (as would be necessary if trying to invoice your professional services using a system designed to sell stock) with service types and service items, your organisation can establish groups of service items that represent a fixed task that can be supplied to a customer at a given price.  By associating these service items into groups of a similar kind operators and customers will be able to find these quickly whether using Coresoft in-house or searching your website for services.
