Future for CBA

With the development of new product suites, some software companies cease to support customers with older products. Greentree International has not taken this approach and maintains a development and support team dedicated to our CBA users.

The Greentree product has been developed using modern tools and design technologies, but with much inspiration from the CBA product. This has resulted in many features and accounting concepts which will be instantly familiar to many CBA users.

While our new Greentree product is exciting, we also recognise the need to continue to support CBA users. We are committed to offering our loyal CBA users ongoing maintenance, product enhancements and support. CBA users will continue to receive news, product upgrades and technical assistance.

Many CBA users have also indicated their desire to move to the new Greentree product. We have endeavoured to make this as simple and easy as possible with comprehensive migration methodologies to assist in this process. For more details please contact us.

CBA 2000 Version 10.0
Released November, 2006
Version 10.0 of CBA 2000 includes user-requested enhancements designed to further strengthen your investment in the CBA product. Greentree International has worked hard to ensure the upgrade is quick and easy for your CBA Reseller to install. All CBA clients who are up to date with their annual maintenance payments qualify for this exciting upgrade.

CBA 2000 Version 9.0
Released November 2005, Version 9.0 of CBA 2000 includes a number of user-driven enhancements designed to further strengthen your investment in the CBA product. Greentree International has worked to minimise the number of data file changes required to ensure the upgrade is quick and easy for your CBA Reseller to install. All CBA clients who are up to date with their annual maintenance payments qualify for this exciting upgrade.

CBA 2000 Version 8.0
Released in November 2004, Version 8.0 of CBA 2000 includes a significant number of user-driven enhancements designed to further strengthen your investment in the CBA product. The CBA Version 8.0 upgrade is available to all CBA customers that are up to date with their maintenanace, and you can also request Forms Manager and Bank Interface at no extra charge.

CBA 2000 Version 7.0
Released in November 2003, Version 7.0 includes enhancements to global features such as File Viewer, Batch Edit Lists and Saved Selections, plus a number of significant enhancements to other CBA modules including the General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable, Inventory and Order Entry to name a few. Greentree has endeavoured to keep data file changes to a minimum to ensure that the upgrade is easy and quick for your CBA support team to install.

The CBA Version 7.0 upgrade is available to all CBA customers that are up to date with their maintenanace, and you can also request Forms Manager and Bank Interface at no extra charge.

SmartBridge.com.au
Greentree International, in conjunction with SmartBridge, are pleased to offer ebusiness and WebStore capabilities for CBA customers. The SmartBridge ebusiness solution provides customers with a range of flexible web offerings including online product catalogues, web based ordering, customer service initiatives as well as information dissemination for a once off set up fee, then a flat monthly subscription that includes helpdesk support services.

There are no specialist software and hardware investment requirements to use this service, as the website is maintained at a commercial web hosting service to ensure security and reliability without the high cost of maintenance.

FormsPort.com from Forms Express

Greentree International has joined forces with Forms Express to bring CBA users an exciting service called FormsPort.com (Australia only).

Forms Express are producers of the complete range of business forms and cheques for your CBA or Greentree software, providing standard or customised stock options. CBA 2000 Version 4.0
Released in March 2000, release 4.0 has been hailed as one of the easiest and most reliable CBA releases ever. Installed by thousands of Australian users in preparation for the Australian GST (effective 1st July 2000), this release also contains many useful enhancements requested by users.
